We were very pleased that we chose cruising in Halong Bay. The views were splendid, our tour guide was talkative, friendly, and attentive. We had so much fun with a sunset party, kayaking, tai chi, hiking,... The drinks were excluded though and they were costly. The boat was luxurious and modern.
This cruising trip was definitely our best experience in Vietnam. The room was beautiful, food and entertainment were nice, happy hour was fun. Kayaking was amazing and the destination was not too crowded, very tranquil and chill. The transfer was also efficient and smooth. Nothing to complain about, keep it up guys!
Thanks so much for this memorable vacation! The boat was luxurious and beautiful. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean with a bathtub, and the views were gorgeous! The food was delicious but could have been served with larger portions. We tried a few drinks and they were tasty too, though quite expensive. Kayaking and trekking were amazing thanks to magnificent nature and nice weather!
We loved this cruise! Amazing things: the restaurant remembered and took great care of our vegan requests, the staff even prepared a birthday cake to surprise my boyfriend (very memorable, thanks so much). However, wifi was really weak, and unfortunately, we had to skip visiting Titov Island because of the rain. Lovely cruise overall!
A beautiful cruising experience! The staff were polite and kind. We were a group of 6 friends and took 3 cabins. Each one was large and comfy. A bit noisy due to the engines and some of us were kept awake at night, thus we suggest choosing rooms in the front. All meals were tasty, especially the buffet. Breakfast was served very early in the morning, so we felt quite rushed. Dark & Bright Cave, kayaking, and the views were absolutely the highlight of the trip
My husband and I did a 3-day cruise in June with Alisa Premier. The boat itself was pretty, the bays were stunning despite the hot weather. The activities were great, but the schedule was quite packed. I chose to skip one stop and relaxed but the bar did not open all the time. Our room was at the back and we could hear the engine noise at night, but it did not really affect us. Fortunately, the attentive staff made our trip more pleasant and lovely.
An enjoyable trip! We were welcomed and looked after attentively by the lovely cruise team! Our suite was lovely, well equipped, and there was also a relaxing sea-view bathtub. The food was delicious, but we wanted a larger quantity. However, the kitchen staff was very accommodating and offered us additional dishes; thanks so much! The schedule had lots of activities, but you did not have to join all. The Titov island excursion should not be missed!
The excursions were amazing, the Surprise Cave was magnificent but a little crowded. Food was delicious, the cabins were clean and cozy, and the staff were absolutely enthusiastic and kind. I was really excited for squid fishing, but it wasn't as fun as we expected. The 2nd day was a bit rushed for us, especially breakfast, which was served at 6:30 am. Overall, great vacation, I highly recommend this cruise!
Questions and Answers (2)
1.How much is the transfer from Ha long hotel to the port? 2.Is there a hot tub on the boat?
@Liz, Thank you for contacting us. (1) Please kindly note that pick up service is only applied to guests starting the tour from Hanoi. If you stay in Halong, it is most convenient for you to take a taxi to get to the port. (2) Except for Junior Suites, other room types (Senior, Senior Triple, Alisa Suite) include a hot tub in the room. Regards,
