November 18 arrive early morning cruise ship overnight leave 19th afternoon fairly fit seniors should we go to Hanoi or spend time in bay and halong city

@Eileen Tilbury, Here is our suggested itinerary: 1) leave cruise ship and take a day cruise in Halong bay 2) Finish the day cruise and spend in Hanoi for a night then transfer back to Halong city from Hanoi next morning for Halong city 3) Discover Quang Ninh Museum at noon time before getting back to your cruise for departure.
