The staff’s helpfulness and dedication was the most memorable thing for us. Besides, the ship was well-maintained, it had a lot of high-quality facilities. The journey to Lan ha Bay was generally good, the weather was nice and there were no dearth of activities to do throughout the trip.
A wonderful journey from pick-up to drop-off. The cruise was intimate and well-accommodated. The crew and captain were friendly and were always willing to help us. The cooking class had a lot of fun. Strongly recommend this cruise for my friends and other first-timers.
The whole team and the captain were outstanding for their professionalism, hospitality, and friendliness. They provided great services and care for all guests onboard. The food was served promptly and delicious. We had a lot of options to choose from. Meanwhile, the beverages cost extra but an affordable price. The cabin was clean but not very luxurious. In general, the cruise offered a good value for price.
The crew members were attentive, humorous and supported us effectively. The cabins were quite generous and well-appointed. Excursions to Lan Ha Bay were beyond our expectations because the bay was so peaceful and breathtaking. Rowing bamboo boats and kayaking were the most exciting activities there. Thank to whole cruise and the team for taking care of my family very well.
It was a fun and memorable experience onboard La Casta Regal Cruise. We had a lot of entertainment activities to do onboard and onsite. Activities were a mix of exploration and relaxation. The food menu was extensive comprising a vast selection of traditional Vietnamese and international dishes. The cabin had a maverlous view of the bay. Generally, a good time onboard, hope to back again!
We stayed aboard La Casta Regal Cruise for 2 days and just back last week. The boat was well-maintained, modern and very clean. The itinerary was also well-planned so we had a lot of time for kayaking, swimming, and caving. The staff onboard were nice, helpful while the cabin was neat and tidy. The food was not very sumptuous, just above average.
The food menu onboard was an absolute delight with a lot of options for Vietnamese, international cuisines and seafood. The captain was knowledgeable and caring to all guests. We had really good time with the sunset party, and entertainment after meals. The bay was beautiful but a little bit crowded. Hope the board of management can solve the pollution problem there as well.
We spent 2 days on La Casta Regal cruise and it was a brilliant time. Halong bay was mesmerizing with a lot of beautiful rock formations. Water-based activities were also fun and exciting. The captain and other staff took good care of everything. Very memorable experience with this cruise. Thanks so much!
I traveled with La Casta Regal Cruise on my birthday month and the cruise surprisingly brought me a birthday cake. Such a surprise! The food quality was great and plentiful. The whole team were professional and friendly. The activities on board and on the tourist sites were brilliant. I loved kayaking on the bay the most.
