I think Sena cruise was a perfect one for couples. It was a lovely boat with amazing schedules, facilities, and people. Moreover, the boat was small and cozy, making the experience even more private and better. Swimming at Ba Trai Dao Beach was definitely the highlight of the trip!
Had a family trip on the Signature Cruise with my parents. The staff was attentive and eager to help at any time. The schedule and program were good, very relaxing. The ship itself was outdated yet my parents love the style. Meals focused on local cuisine and were pretty good. The room was clean and had a nice view.
Kayaking was great. The scenery was peaceful and the bay was very calm. Our senior cabin was on the second deck with a private balcony. It is full of amenities, but the interior is a bit run down. Food was yummy and they prepared good alternatives for my allergy. Appreciate that. The trip was overall good!
Old boat. Food was okay. The staff was nice. Activities could be more varied for 2 days and 1 night. The bay was beautiful but the water quality was not very good. Cabin was comfortable. Overall a good trip!
The staff was kind and nice. The manager took care of everyone and always made sure guests enjoyed the tour. Our cabin has a nice view, glass windows, a jacuzzi yet the jacuzzi did not work well. The food was excellent, mainly local food. Kayaking was very nice yet we saw rubbish and plastic. The cave tour was short as it was a small cave. Overall if you want a junk style boat on the less touristic bay and a cost-saving price, this cruise should be the choice.
My girlfriend and I had 2 nights on Signature Halong. The ship actually visited Bai Tu Long Bay and it was also the reason why we booked it. The bay is less crowded and the attractions are all pristine. We kayaked at a floating village, visited a small cave, swam in the bay, and witnessed the magnificent sunset. We were transferred to a smaller boat on day 2 with some others. It was more private and enjoyable. However, the day boat has downgraded facilities and cleanliness needs to be improved.
Thumbs up to the guide Ms. Ling who was very clever and enthusiastic. She shares the history of Halong Bay, the cave, and the tough life of fishermen in the village. We learned a lot about the bay. The ship was aged but we had a comfortable room on the second floor with a nice view and balcony. Food was tasty. Activities were varied and interesting. A nice experience for us!
My family booked a 1-night trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially kind to our kids. The tour guide was dedicated and informative. We chose a family suite cabin. It was spacious and very well-equipped. The food was nice. Thank you very much!
The bay is tranquil. The ship is a wooden junk in the old style. The furniture and facilities were a bit downgraded and so was the cabin. However, the bed was pretty comfy and the view from the window was beautiful. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The manager and tour guide were always willing to answer all of my questions. The food was okay.
