Our family - 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 8 and 6) and we had such an amazing experience! The cruise introduced awesome excursions - cycling, cave discovery, visiting floating villages,... Only one thing was that the spa services were provided near the engine so it was quite noisy. And my kids did not have many things to do on board. Overall, great vacation!
The facilities on board were of high standard. Our room was at the front of the ship with plenty of space and comfort as well as spectacular views. I would highly recommend a 2-night cruise, really a perfect way to explore this breathtaking bay. Meals were beautifully presented, however they lacked flavors. The portions were adequate and ideal. The crew were lovely and helpful.
I cannot recommend this cruise enough! They were truly professional and their plans were well organized from the very first - transfer. Pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi were smooth and punctual, the bus was comfortable as well! We had a perfect room with a balcony. The cooking class was the most interesting activity on board. For the excursions, bamboo boating was unique and memorable too. Only one negative thing was that drinks were slightly overpriced. Overall, an excellent cruise and we would definitely choose this cruise again!
Halong Bay is definitely a must-visit place when you come to Vietnam. We were surprised at so many jaw-dropping limestone karsts and clear waters. The shuttle bus was convenient with wifi and A/C. But the wifi on board had a really weak connection. Our suite was large and even had a jacuzzi, which was very nice. Breakfast was just ok, but lunch and dinner were of high standards. Exploring the floating fishing village was a unique memorable experience.
My boyfriend and I spent 1 day with Au Co Cruise and it was definitely good for value. We saw so many impressive and majestic seascapes, had delicious and fulfilling meals, and joined a lot of fascinating activities. The staff were kind and helpful. Fruit carving was challenging but interesting and everyone had so much fun. However, I suggest the cruise should collect the plastic and trash after the beach trip, as the water was quite spoiled. The transfer from Hanoi and back was smooth and comfortable.
I was welcomed on board by the dedication and hospitality of the staff. Meals were absolutely luxurious and the activity of fruit carving was exciting too. The boat was huge and there were many other passengers, so we had great chats and everyone was so friendly and polite. One thing was that meals were included but waters during meals were not, which was really unclear. The cost of beverages were also quite high. Other than that, everything was nice and pleasant!
Such a wonderful time in Halong Bay with Au Co Cruise! The staff were enthusiastic and willing to help. Rooms were quite small but well appointed with adequate amenities. The seascapes were beyond our expectations, really breathtaking and amazing! Food was delicious too although some dishes were a little bland. Trinh Nu Cave was nice but we were absolutely impressed by the lovely & tranquil Viet Hai Village.
