We had a great time with UniCharm! The quality of customer services, food & drinks, and accommodation was good! We traveled in June (not in a peak season) and really enjoyed the relaxing and comfortable environment. It was definitely good for value! Amazing seascapes and experiences!
Incredible! Kayaking, swimming, cycling, caving, hiking,... we did it all in just 3 days and I was really impressed by the well-planned schedule of the cruise and the beauty of the bays. The staff made sure we had a good time on board too. My cabin was comfy, clean, and convenient, but the balcony was a little small.
We were so happy that we chose UniCharm. The boat was lovely, the staff were supportive and professional, food was great, and drinks (soda, juice, and water) had reasonable prices. Only one main concern was that there was no wifi on board. Everything else was nice and pleasant!
We took part in many activities - kayaking, cycling, caving,... and I especially enjoyed the trekking, which was so peaceful and relaxing. Food and drinks were fabulous! The tour guide was cool and could speak many languages fluently, which was really impressive! I took a 2-day cruise and it passed really fast, thus I suggest doing a 3-day cruise to fully enjoy every adventure!
The cabins were clean, tidy, and well equipped. The staff were nice and helpful. The food was one of the best I have ever tried and Vietnamese cuisine was truly unique and amazing. I especially loved the shrimp dishes. However, as it was the weekend, Halong Bay was quite crowded and it upset me that there was trash in the seas. Not the cruise’s fault though, I highly recommend this cruise to couples and friends!
Lovely cruise and amazing people! We traveled on my wife’s birthday and we really appreciated the kind staff for a delicious beautiful birthday cake. A 3-day tour was well planned and exciting with lots of activities. One little comment was that the check-in process could have been more efficient and faster. Thanks all for this memorable journey!
The transfer from and to Hanoi Center was smooth and much faster than I used to go. The boat was amazing and the staff were attentive. We traveled as a group of 4 friends and we all had a good time. One of my friends found kayaking a little too long and hiking was a bit demanding in hot weather. Activities on board were perfect! Would love to come back one day!
We did a 2-night tour with UniCharm Cruise and our guide was Mr. Binh. I really loved his passion and sense of humor, he was also very informative and could answer every question of ours. We went kayaking and had so much fun. The views were spectacular! Hiking was a little bit physically demanding but everyone was really sociable and friendly. The boat was great overall! But there should be improvement on the food, since it lacked flavors.
