The cruise was luxurious and wonderful, compared to its reasonable price. Everything was almost included so I only needed to pay extra for beverages and massage services. The itinerary for two days was also well-planned that covered the best parts of Lan Ha Bay. I would say thanks to the staff and captain for taking care of us throughout the journey.
Very memorable visit to Lan Ha Bay with a luxurious cruise and professional staff. We did a honeymoon so we were arranged a very romantic dinner with flowers and candles. The food was sumptuous as well. The bay was incredibly beautiful and we felt valued during the time onboard. Really appreciate this cruise. Thanks!
I highly recommend Heritage Cruise Binh Chuan as one of the best luxurious cruises on Halong Bay. From staff to cabins, services, and dining options, all were superb. The best thing was perhaps the swimming pool on the sundeck. I and children really enjoyed it.
Hospitality onboard was amazing. Staff were very well-trained. They knew how to support us most effectively. Bottles of water were always refilled in the cabin. Scenery was breathtaking, peaceful. We spent 2 days on this cruise and wish to have more time onboard next time.
Everything on the cruise was great, from cabins to restaurants, swimming pool, staff and spa services. We were treated with attentive services and premium facilities. However, offboard activities were quite boring and repetitive. It was also rushed too. I could not fully enjoy the scenery then had to get back because it was dark.
My Vacation on Heritage Binh Chuan cruise was overall good, worth 5*. Staff on cruise were very friendly, always smile and supported us when we needed them. Dining was enjoyable with a fusion menu but the taste was not very good. One downside I need to mention was the transfer time between tourist sites, it was quite long and packed with other tourists. We did not have private beach or at least less crowded space for activities. Hope this issue could be solved.
Our family experience with this cruise was fabulous. Cabin was large and had scenic bay views. Food was awesome with plentiful choices in different styles. I felt satisfied with the quality of services and hospitality of the crew. One thing is that the activities onboard were quite repetitive and boring day by day.
Definitely back and recommend this cruise to my friends. The cruise and facilities were all new and luxurious. I had free upgrade and very large suites with private balcony. Everything was neat and clean. Lan Ha Bay was beautiful too. Very wonderful memories with Heritage Binh Chuan cruise.

The view from the suites was gorgeous and we had plenty of places for check-in. Beautifully decorated cabins and restaurants. The services and staff were also great, rated 5*. This is definitely a wonderful cruise to choose.

Hi, Is it possible to have an option to see Baham Lake on a bamboo boat on this tour?
@Dan Fica, This tour does not include a trip to Ba Ham Lake. For 2 day/1 night program, you will kayak/swim at Tra Bau area and take a sampan boat trip at Dark - Bright Cave. For 3 day/2 night program, you will visit Viet Hai Village and swim at Ba Trai Dao Area. Regards, Mary.

@Antonio Kichou, We do provide pick-up service by private car from Hanoi Airport to Halong at the cost of US$110/car/2 persons. Since it takes around 2.5 hours, if you can leave the airport no later than 9:30 am, you can make the cruise. After the trip, you can book the shuttle service if your hotel is in Hanoi Old Quarter at the cost of US$20/person/way. If your hotel is in Halong (Vinpearl), you can take a taxi for more convenience. Please share more details of your arrival time for better assistance. Regards,
